What is Real Agency
Real Agency is a club for UK estate agents. Coaching, a video library, live masterminds and a community, built by working agents and performance coaches rather than retired trainers.
The material is written for a one-to-two-percent fee, portal-led market. Everything here is either a session you watch, a run of lessons you work through, a date in the diary, a file you download, or a conversation in the community.
Membership also carries a route into eXp through Real Agency by co-sponsorship, for members who want it. It is a door, not a requirement.

Your first week
Fifteen minutes on what the club is and how members actually use it. It is the first card on the Watch page.
Choose the thing costing you most right now. Prospecting/Connecting and Appraisals/Valuations are where most members start.
Thirty-five lessons. Do the first four this week, even if you are only curious about the model.
Thursday evenings, weekly. Turn up once before you decide whether it is for you.
